Registration Guidelines:
Every accepted paper must have at least one author registration. Student authors can go for student registration only if one of their co-authors have already registered as an author.
A full registration covers the presentation of at most two papers if the registrant is an author of all the papers.
All papers are to be presented in-person during the conference. For your paper to be included in the NCC 2025 proceedings published in IEEE Xplore, it must be presented at NCC 2025 in-person. A paper with no presenter may be removed from the conference proceedings.
Attendees who wish to register but do not have a paper can register at the non-author rates.
Registering for the main conference gives access to all the workshops and tutorials.
All registration deadline is 4th of March.
Conference registration includes Banquet Dinner.
Conference Registration:
All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹) and 18% GST will be charged on top of these base registration fees.
*Applicable only if paper is covered by full registration from other author(s) or the student is a non-author.
Workshop and Tutorials only Registration:
Only if the registrant has not registered for the main conference. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹) and 18% GST will be charged on top of these base registration fees.
Workshop and tutorial registration gives access to all tutorials and workshop.

Banquet-only registration:
Banquet only-registration is for the amount INR 2250 plus GST per head.
This is valid only for family members/partners of main attendees (no charge for children under 6).
